I’ve had five years of experience in customer service.

I have learnt that even though the customer isn’t always right, it’s important to treat them as though they are. I’m really good at handling customer complaints and creating a win-win outcome for both the customer and the business.

I’m really good at problem solving.

I can think on my feet and come up with logical, efficient ways to get things done. This has helped me improve customer satisfaction when an issue arises, settle disputes, clean spills quickly and effectively and improve systems of communication for organisations.

I am an extremely loyal employee.

I still refer to my first workplace, Master Noodle, as though I work there, “We make a really great laksa, you really should try that. Or if you want a fried rice, our Special Fried Rice can’t be beaten.” I also avoid all other noodle bars when eating out.
